Your account

You need an account to use Kawni. You are responsible for keeping your details correct, your password safe, and for what happens in your account. Whoever creates a studio is its owner.

Plans, trial and billing

• Solo: $15 a month or $150 a year.
• Studio: $49 a month or $490 a year.
• Agency: $149 a month or $1,490 a year.
• A 7-day free trial of Solo, with a card at the start. If you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription starts and is charged.
• Subscriptions renew on their own each month or year until cancelled. When you cancel, the plan runs to the end of the paid period.
• Partial periods are not refunded unless the law requires it [to confirm].
• If a payment fails we retry; after that the studio becomes read-only until paid. Nothing is deleted.
• Each plan has limits (seats, storage, boards and copilot messages), as on the pricing page.

Your content

What you put into Kawni is yours. You let us host and process it only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to add your clients' and crew's data.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful content or content that breaks other people's rights.
• No attempts to reach another studio's data or to disrupt the service.
• No reselling the service without our written consent.

The AI copilot

The copilot uses Google Gemini and can be wrong. Check what it suggests before relying on it.

Availability

We aim to keep Kawni available, but it may sometimes stop for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

Export and deletion

The owner can download the studio's data at any time. When a studio is deleted its subscription is cancelled at once; it can be restored for 30 days by contacting support, then it is deleted for good.

Suspension

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim [for review].

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and its courts decide any dispute.

Changes

We tell owners about any material change at least 30 days before it applies.
